Our Packages
Choose the package that best matches where you are in your sleep journey. Every package is a consultant-led clinical service delivered inside hospitals that hold their own CQC registration.
How our service works
The London Sleep Apnoea Clinic is a consultant-led service. Our specialists assess, diagnose and manage your sleep apnoea within CQC-registered hospitals and clinics — currently The Wellington Hospital and Chase Lodge Hospital. All of our consultants are GMC-registered.
The London Sleep Apnoea Clinic is not itself registered with the Care Quality Commission. All regulated clinical activity — consultation, diagnosis and treatment — is carried out by GMC-registered consultants under the practising privileges of the host hospital, which holds its own CQC registration.
Home sleep-study kits are posted and collected by Zoll Medical UK (WatchPat devices). CPAP equipment is supplied, delivered and serviced by our clinical partner, Dolby Vivisol. Both work under our clinical direction, and ongoing CPAP therapy is provided on Dolby Vivisol's own service agreement, which you enter into directly with them.

Not sure CPAP is right for you? After your consultation, we can refer you for alternative treatments such as mandibular advancement devices (mouthguards).
Consultations can be booked online directly with your consultant's hospital clinic. The Complete Sleep Package and Sleep Diagnostic Study are arranged by our team by phone or email, so we can post your home study kit and allow enough time for the results before you're seen.
What happens after you enquire
Applies to the Complete Sleep Package. Our team arranges these packages directly so there is enough time to post your kit and analyse the results before you are seen.
- STEP 1
Enquire and we confirm your dates
Email or call us. We agree your consultation date, take payment by secure link, and our clinical partner posts your home sleep study kit so it arrives in good time.
- STEP 2
Complete your sleep study at home
Wear the device for one night and return the kit using the prepaid packaging. Your consultant interprets the results and issues your report.
- STEP 3
Attend your 30-minute consultation
Your specialist reviews the results with you at The Wellington or Chase Lodge and agrees a personalised treatment plan.
- STEP 4 · IF NEEDED
If CPAP is needed, your consultant prescribes and initiates therapy
Complete Sleep Package only — £250 covers your first 3 months of CPAP from Dolby Vivisol, including set-up, assessment, prescription and mask fitting under our clinical direction. After 3 months, you continue directly with Dolby Vivisol at £1.91/day under their own contract. If CPAP isn't appropriate, nothing further is charged.
Please allow at least 7 days between your enquiry and your consultation date so your study kit can be posted, completed and analysed.
Insurance packages
For patients covered by private medical insurance. We are fee assured with most major insurers — book the same way as self-pay, through your consultant's clinic at The Wellington or Chase Lodge.

Private medical insurance covers consultations and, where pre-authorised, diagnostic sleep studies arranged through your insurer. Our self-pay packages and CPAP therapy are not covered by insurance.
CPAP therapy — first 3 months
Prescribed and initiated by your consultant in clinic.
£250 for your first 3 months
This covers 3 months of CPAP from Dolby Vivisol, including set-up, assessment, prescription and mask fitting under our clinical direction. After 3 months, therapy continues with Dolby Vivisol at £1.91/day (≈ £58/month) under a contract you enter into directly with them. There is no separate clinical set-up fee.

No online booking — your specialist will agree a personalised plan in clinic, and Dolby Vivisol will register you for equipment supply and set up your ongoing contract.
Cancellation policy
We understand that plans change. To allow us to offer your slot to another patient, please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
- More than 24 hours' notice: full refund (self-pay) or free reschedule using the link in your confirmation email.
- Less than 24 hours' notice or non-attendance: the full appointment fee is charged.
For diagnostic and CPAP trial packages, sleep-study equipment must be returned in working condition. A replacement fee may apply for damaged or unreturned devices.
