Choose the package that best matches where you are in your sleep journey. Every package is a consultant-led clinical service delivered inside hospitals that hold their own CQC registration.
How our service works
The London Sleep Apnoea Clinic is a consultant-led service. Our specialists assess, diagnose and manage your sleep apnoea within CQC-registered hospitals and clinics — currently The Wellington Hospital and Chase Lodge Hospital. All of our consultants are GMC-registered.
The London Sleep Apnoea Clinic is not itself registered with the Care Quality Commission. All regulated clinical activity — consultation, diagnosis and treatment — is carried out by GMC-registered consultants under the practising privileges of the host hospital, which holds its own CQC registration.
Home sleep-study kits and CPAP equipment are supplied by our clinical partner, Dolby Vivisol, who contract with and invoice you directly for the equipment. Our fees cover consultant time only: interpreting your study, issuing your report, your consultation and, where appropriate, your CPAP prescription.

Sleep Diagnostic Study
Home sleep study only — no consultation included

- Written next-step recommendations; a consultation can be added later if needed
Not sure CPAP is right for you? After your consultation, we can refer you for alternative treatments such as mandibular advancement devices (mouthguards).
Consultations can be booked online directly with your consultant's hospital clinic. The Complete Sleep Package and Sleep Diagnostic Study are arranged by our team by phone or email, so we can post your home study kit and allow enough time for the results before you're seen.
What happens after you enquire
Applies to the Complete Sleep Package. Our team arranges these packages directly so there is enough time to post your kit and analyse the results before you are seen.
- STEP 1
Enquire and complete your screening
Email or call us. You complete a short medical screening questionnaire (including Epworth and STOP-Bang), which a consultant reviews to confirm a home study is right for you. Dolby Vivisol then invoices you £150 directly and posts your kit.
- STEP 2
Complete your sleep study at home
Wear the device for one night and return the kit using the prepaid packaging. Your consultant interprets the results and issues your written report (£30).
- STEP 3
Attend your 30-minute consultation
Your specialist reviews the results with you at The Wellington or Chase Lodge, or by video, and agrees a personalised treatment plan (£250).
- STEP 4 · IF NEEDED
If CPAP is needed, your consultant prescribes and initiates therapy
A one-off £60 consultant fee covers your CPAP prescription and therapy initiation. Dolby Vivisol then supplies the device directly to you at £1.91/day with no minimum term, under a contract you hold with them. If CPAP isn't appropriate, nothing further is charged.
Please allow at least 7 days between your enquiry and your consultation date so your study kit can be posted, completed and analysed.
Insurance packages
For patients covered by private medical insurance. We are fee assured with most major insurers — book the same way as self-pay, through your consultant's clinic at The Wellington or Chase Lodge.

Private medical insurance covers consultations and, where pre-authorised, diagnostic sleep studies arranged through your insurer. Our self-pay packages and CPAP therapy are not covered by insurance.
CPAP therapy
Prescribed and initiated by your consultant, supplied by Dolby Vivisol.
£60 one-off prescription fee
Our £60 fee covers consultant time only: confirming the diagnosis, issuing your CPAP prescription and initiating therapy. The device itself is supplied by Dolby Vivisol at £1.91/day (≈ £58/month) with no minimum term, billed to you directly under a contract you hold with them. You can stop at any time.

No online booking — your specialist will agree a personalised plan, and Dolby Vivisol will register you for equipment supply and set up your contract with them directly.
Cancellation policy
We understand that plans change. To allow us to offer your slot to another patient, please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
- More than 24 hours' notice: full refund (self-pay) or free reschedule using the link in your confirmation email.
- Less than 24 hours' notice or non-attendance: the full appointment fee is charged.
Sleep-study equipment is supplied and invoiced directly by Dolby Vivisol, and their own terms apply to the kit, including any replacement fee for damaged or unreturned devices.
